They did a great job. Three guys showed up to move our furniture into a temporary storage pod on the driveway while we remodeled the house. One guy stayed in the pod packing everything nice and neat and the two of the guys brought all the furniture to him. It was a really good team great job thanks BC

This is my second time using Cheetah Moving and Briggers and his team were amazing! Professional, friendly and fun. They came in, verified what needed to be moved and got to work. They made the whole process stress free! I was worried about my storage unit being too small and I told them that ahead of time but they told me not to worry that they would make it work. The unit was thankfully large enough but that reassurance put me at ease. Couldn’t have picked a better crew!! Great job!!

Not worth the price and damaged my dresser! I paid $155/hr for 3 movers to move 10 miles from Frisco to Carrollton for a total of around $660. The movers were nice and did work well and as quickly as possible but they did not wrap and protect all my items enough to protect them. The top of my dresser was gauged after they moved it. They also did not remove some wrapping materials so I had to after they left.

Moved from Dallas to Lewisville. Worked with Chad and Preston, everything went great. I had most of my stuff packed so it only took 2 1/2 hours total. No way I was gonna take a couch up 2 flights of stairs lol.

I really wanted to rate this company higher. They were very responsive, Madison was great. Bridger and his team were professional. They packed everything. This is where it gets crazy. We are having an unpacking nightmare because approximately 80% of the boxes were not lab labeled. We don’t know what’s in the boxes and some items are mixed up. Men’s clothing with women’s clothing. Shoes with purses and belts. There are so many boxes and now we have to open each box in order to find clothes or toiletries. Moving is hard to begin with. Unfortunately, not labeling boxes and not grouping items together has made it even more difficult.

Overall, Cheetah did an adequate job moving my furniture, but the two guys they sent were really slow at disassembling and moving the pieces. They were young and I could tell they were inexperienced. It took them over 2 hours to move just my bedroom set (bed, dresser, one nightstand and mattress). I’ve moved A LOT in the past and they should’ve been able to do that in one hour, and that’s even what management told me how long it should take when I booked them. There was another bed I needed assembled but they never got around to it. And they even tried to charge me pro rata for going over the two hours. Fortunately that didn’t happen because it took them 2 hours and 13 minutes and they round down for anything under 15 minutes. But even if it was 15 minutes and I was charged, I would’ve been very upset if I had to pay more than 2 hours worth of moving one bedroom set.The two gentleman were nice and respectful, which I appreciated. But I could tell they were inexperienced also because they scratched my wall (luckily I was able to remove most of the paint transfer with a magic eraser), and they leaned my $4,000 tempurpedic mattress against the dresser, bending it in half for a good hour. Hopefully that didn’t cause permanent damage. And after they laid the mattress down on the floor, they put a really heavy and dusty mirror on top of not only my mattress but on top of my $1,000 linen sheets. I asked them to move the mirror somewhere else, which they kindly did.From all the quotes I got, they were the most economical. And everyone I spoke to and worked with was kind and polite. But I don’t think I’d use them again. Yes they’re cheaper, but the price ends up being the same because they’re slower. So it’ll take up a bigger chunk out of your day to get the same thing done. And I had to watch them like a hawk the entire time making sure they didn’t scratch my floors or walls. They kept dropping things and I heard several thumps when I was downstairs. I felt uneasy the entire time :/ and I wish my wall didn’t get scratched and my other bed got assembled.

Two gentlemen men were very clever, great team work. Only minor issues was they came one hr late. I was given time 9.Very polite and respectful.And the rate should have been spelled out in more detail. I was very confused when he told me the total amount. I will use your company in the future. Thanks to Cheetah for a smooth move from Keller to Flower Mound. Madison was very responsive and helpful with setting up my appointment and answering all questions.On the move day, Bridger and James pulled off a tough move on a hot day, both friendly and professional. Highly recommend.I didn't pack my things very well otherwise would have taken even less time.

We were struggling with moving a large piece into a storage facility. A courteous and polite young man, Karim-who works for Cheetah Moving- VOLUNTARILY came to our aid. He assisted us in getting the piece safely stored. As soon as renovations are complete, we will absolutely call Cheetah Moving to move the contents of the storage space into the home. Moving with the new born is no easy feet. I have called other moving companies and let’s just say our bloods didn’t mix either they trying to rip you off or straight up not professional and borderline offensive. I started the move by myself after several attempts and moved as much as I could till I reached a dead end. On a Saturday I was googling again to see if I have any luck this time, found Cheetah Moving, I saved the page and went to bed. Sunday early morning I woke up and fill out the online quote request and within the hour I got a call from Kareem. Just talking to him I felt at ease and I was able to make an appointment for Monday noonish. Kareem explained everything and their charges were straight forward no nonsense charges. Monday I got a call from Kareem giving me a heads up that his guys will be there shortly. Brian and Preston were in and out within 1 hour. Brian came up first and scouted the stuff that had to be moved and got down to business right away. I even changed my mind about leaving some stuff and moving other stuff instead and they were cool with it. Before leaving Brian double checked with me to make sure nothing else needs to get on the truck. At the destination, they got there in a reasonable time and offloaded everything pretty quickly even hooked up the washer/dryer and the fridge. They place everything where it needs to be and even checked if I needed anything else move around before leaving. All and All I am super happy with Cheetah Moving from A to Z.Thank you Kareem, Brian, and Preston!

Kareem did not show up on the day of my move in and only let us know 30 minutes before he was supposed to show up. It put me in a horrible situation as my move in was this day. It was physically exhausting and timely. We did not have movers or a truck. We will be billing him for chiropractic bills!

I was very very happy with the moving team . They arrived 15 minutes early. Honestly I can give a lot of details they overall just did a very speedy , calm and organized moved .
